Designed for leaders ready to deepen self-awareness and translate insight into action. Includes:
- (1) one-hour meeting per month (virtual or in-person in Southern California)
- CliftonStrengths® Assessment and customized plan for leveraging your individual strengths
- Support in developing measurable goals for the length of our engagement
- Ongoing support via email, as needed
Investment:

$7,500 for 6 months

Executive Coaching (6-Month Minimum)
For executives navigating complexity, growth, and organizational transformation. Includes:
- (2) one-hour meetings per month or (1) two-hour meeting per month (virtual or in-person in Southern California)
- Thought partnership for creating strategies that improve business performance based on a detailed analysis of your leadership team and company dynamics
- CliftonStrengths® Assessment and customized plan for leveraging your individual strengths as a leader
- Co-creation of quarterly goals for the length of our engagement
- Ongoing support via phone/text and email, as needed
Investment:
$15,000 for 6 months
$30,000 for 1 year *

Team Coaching (6-Month Minimum)
For organizations seeking measurable improvement in team dynamics and business results. Includes:
- (4) one-hour meetings per month or (2) two-hour meetings per month with lead/sponsoring executive (virtual or in-person in Southern California)
- (1) half-day team coaching session every 6 months (in-person)
- Development of detailed strategies for increasing business performance utilizing the CliftonStrengths® for Teams approach
- Customized plans for up to (6) individual leaders based on their CliftonStrengths® Assessment results (additional leaders at extra cost)
- Co-creation of quarterly goals for the length of our engagement
- Ongoing support via phone/text and email, as needed

$50,000 for 1 year *
